NIGHT YARD TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern use of the Night Yard online store and purchases from Night Yard, operated by GLO YRN LLC. By using the store or placing an order, a customer agrees to these Terms and the policies linked from the store. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

STORE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Night Yard sells physical streetwear accessories. Product descriptions, photographs, prices, available options, and verified material or care information are provided on the applicable product page. Display colors may vary by screen. We will correct material errors and will not substitute a materially different product without notice and an appropriate customer option.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Night Yard may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, a pricing error, unavailable inventory, or an inability to fulfill. If a paid order is declined or canceled, the affected amount will be refunded.

Prices and applicable charges are shown before payment is submitted. Each checkout is a one-time purchase for the products and total displayed in the cart.

UNITED STATES ONLY
Night Yard currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies posted at checkout and on the store. Those policies form part of these Terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers may not misuse the store; interfere with security or operation; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; use fraudulent payment information; scrape or exploit the store unlawfully; or infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Night Yard branding, original artwork, product graphics, store copy, and site design are owned by or licensed to GLO YRN LLC and are protected by applicable law. No ownership rights are transferred by a product purchase. Third-party platform names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The store and products are provided subject to the warranties and consumer rights required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLO YRN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GLO YRN LLC in Florida, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections.
