NIGHT YARD SHIPPING POLICY

Night Yard sells physical streetwear accessories and is operated by GLO YRN LLC.

PRELAUNCH STATUS
The storefront is currently private while supplier, inventory, fulfillment, carrier, and return workflows are verified. Night Yard is not accepting public orders during this setup period.

WHERE WE SHIP
When public ordering opens, Night Yard will accept orders for delivery within the United States only. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

PROCESSING, DELIVERY, AND CHARGES
Verified processing times, carrier transit estimates, available shipping methods, and shipping charges will be displayed before public ordering opens and before a customer submits payment. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

TRACKING
Tracking availability will be disclosed before public ordering opens. When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

DELAYS
Night Yard will maintain a reasonable basis for any advertised shipment estimate. If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, or within the period required by applicable law when no timeframe is stated, Night Yard will provide a delay notice and the option to consent to the delay or receive a prompt refund.

ADDRESS PROBLEMS
Contact Night Yard promptly if an address is incorrect. We will try to update it before fulfillment begins but cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment starts. Any reshipment charge will be disclosed and agreed to before collection.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Contact Night Yard with the order number if tracking shows no movement, a package appears lost, or a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete. We will review available carrier information and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other customer-approved resolution.
