ARE NIGHT YARD PRODUCTS PHYSICAL GOODS?
Yes. Night Yard accessories are physical products intended to ship to the delivery address entered at checkout.

HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
Each order is a one-time purchase for the products and total displayed at checkout.

WHAT DOES NIGHT YARD SELL?
Night Yard focuses on graphic crew socks and men's boxer briefs. The catalog also includes beanies, caps, belts, bandanas, shoelaces, compact totes, cardholders, key clips, and wristbands.

IS THE STORE OPEN FOR PUBLIC ORDERS?
Not yet. The storefront remains private during prelaunch while supplier, inventory, material, sizing, shipping, and return details are verified. Public ordering will open only after those operational details are complete.

WHERE WILL NIGHT YARD SHIP?
When public ordering opens, Night Yard will accept orders for delivery within the United States only. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

HOW DO I CHOOSE A SIZE?
Review the verified size options and measurement information on the product page before ordering. Public ordering will not open until final supplier measurements are available.

CAN UNDERWEAR OR SOCKS BE RETURNED?
Change-of-mind returns require items to be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact. Defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrect items remain eligible for support under the posted return policy.

WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT?
Contact Night Yard within 30 days after delivery with the order number and clear photographs when reasonably available. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other customer-approved resolution.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Contact Night Yard as soon as possible. If fulfillment has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to update or cancel the order. Once fulfillment begins, the standard return process may apply.

WHERE DO I SEND A RETURN?
Contact Night Yard before mailing any return. We will provide the correct return destination and instructions for the order. The customer-support mailing address is not a return address unless we specifically instruct you to use it in writing.
